1977 CB VAN
Like the Stratocycle, GT Stunt Cycle, and Silver Hi-Jumper sets, the CB Van set was only made for one year. It was also the only toy in the line to actually talk! The van featured a voice box that ran on one AA battery, and played one of six phrases when the button on top of the voice box was pushed. The recordings were actually recorded by Evel himself! The CB Van came with a detachable motorcycle carrier and jump ramp. The driver and side gull wing doors opened, and there was even a secret compartment that opened up under Evel's bed!
VARIATIONS
The CB Van came in two variations. Chrome, or blue sides pipes.
It's believed no foreign versions were produced. Ideal did plan on using the CB Van mold for two other toy lines(Kids From C.A.P.E.R. & Monster Squad). However, these toys were never produced.
